make certain that your daily intake of vitamin D is suffciant. Vitamin D deficiancy is on the rise and is critaical to maintaining heart health and bone strength. Minimum RDA is 400 IU per day with some experts recommending over twice that amount!

Some friends of mine take supplements. Is it really healthy to get vitamin D through supplements? My brother keeps saying that it's dangerous.

had my blood work done by a specialist, test came back showing low vitamin d levels, she recommended i supplement, but specified i take D3.

Vitamin D is very important for us so just walk outside more than an 1h daily!
