I started VEEP about one month ago and I have lost 11 lbs. The most important thing is I feel better. For me, it really helps to have the meal presentation to gauge portion sizes rather than the old WW measuring or points. This is retraining my brain to see what an actual meal should look like. I found out that I never ate really bad, I just needed to combine the foods that I already enjoyed in different combinations and use fish as my main source of protein rather than meat. Thank you for this plan!

Feedback:
There are times when the words next to the plate displayed do not seem to sync up. Not sure what is happening.

I would like to be able to experiment with food choices but then if I want to revert back to the plan provided meal, there's no button that I can find to go back.

Month 2 and going strong!

Congratulations! I lost 8 pounds my first month and wasn't totally strict.

The meal facts work only for the suggested meal. When you change stuff the meal facts don't change.

We are rolling out a version 2.2 in a week or so that addresses some of the items you mentioned. You will be able to scroll through several suggested meals and go back to the original one suggested.
