blueb. there are three basic body types;mesomorph, where the body is naturally muscular, ectomorph, where the body tends to be slim overall, and the endomorph where the body tends to be curvey with the majority of the bodyfat being stored in the lower half of the body. Most people tend to have some characteristics of all three so it is difficult to accurately characterize one's specific body type.

You can always ask a specialist to figure out what's a good diet plan for you, as well as exercise that will fit your body type.

Eating balanced diet and good exercise will make us healthy and keep up with our weight loss program. In this regard, we also need to consider our job type. As such, the things we usually do requires us certain food or nutrients to keep up with the daily tasks. Dieting doesn't necessarily mean starving ourselves to make ourself trimmed down.

Your body type is a scientific classification of your overall body shape, and it is determined by a combination of certain physical characteristics. Your genes determine your body type, and thus the body shape you'll develop from birth through to adulthood.
