About 5 months ago my doctor prescribed Co Enzyme Q 10 for me to take daily in preparation for starting Zocor (cholesterol lowering med.) On the bottle this says it is good for the heart and muscles. Is it also helpful in any way in losing weight? I'm hoping it is. 
I was one of those people who had severe muscle pain when taking Zocor or any other cholesterol lowering drugs. This enzyme has made it possible for me to take the medication. |

If you stack it with at least 2 grams of L-carnitine a day, over time, the two of those definitely aid in weight loss and improving insulin signaling. We ran a related article awhile back. Just paste this in after the .com on lookcut
