New Binge Eating Research Validates LookCut Method Approach

Researchers at the University of Princeton Department of Psychology have established a link to binge eating and the combination of sugar and fat in mice.

The combination of sugar and fat together promoted binge eating behavior. Mice fed a diet of chow with added sugar and fat engaged in binge eating large meals while reducing intake of regular food. These mice showed significant weight gain over control groups.

The LookCut Method is an approach to weight control that points to rich foods high in fat and sugar inducing addiction like eating behavior.

The approach emphasises specific dietary counter measures to break the binge inducing qualities of rich food.
