A mix of cutting calories, cardio, and strength training will yield a decent amount of weight loss. Since you are looking to drop the weight in three months you need not undergo a strenuous program

In addition to watching your diet and exercising, I would recommend eating in small portions. It is better to have 5 small snacks a day than 2 big meals - the metabolism keeps working.

I would definitely agree with throwing out all the junk food. That forces you eat healthy when you want a snack.

I would first get rid of any junk foods in the house, do a cleanse to get rid of toxins, get plenty of sleep and join a gym. I have done all of these and are getting the results...

Hey Troll (uh, appetite), the way it works is if you want to become a regular member and talk about what products you ACTUALLY use, no prob. What gets you banned is doing what you are doing, trolling for other sites.

what about your eating? you have to mostly stay away from fat stuff, try to eat more protein especially at night - that way the protein will support your muscles, which can burn your fat best.

I would not try any harmfull diet pills, like eric suggested - it´s just too risky in my opinion. I do diet pills too, but only natural products that work just about as good. at the moment I´m trying (edited for trolling), but their are a lot more good natural products out there.

the most important thing is: stick to your goals and keep your training up! in the beginning you will weigh even more, because your new muscles are heavier than fat, but eventually you´ll lose weight. just be patient and motivated.

good luck Smile

Have you tried kickboxing? It's a good sports to lose weight in a short period of time especially if you focus more on the training. Try it!
