Anyone have experience with the other proteins (not just Whey)? I know both egg white and casein powders are more expensive, but is there any benefit to using either of them?

i've used casein, they say its best to use before you go to sleep, to give your body a continuous supply of aminos while you rest, it converts to a gel in your stomach and slowly gets digested, thats why it fills you up. your body uses sleep to allow all its systems take a break and regenerate, maybe not a good idea.
eggs have the highest biological value (BV) of protein of any food source (100), whey rates higher (100-150) sorry. too expensive, save your money
eat eggs.
