i used to be focused on my abs everytime i hit the gym. after 5 months of doing lots of crunches, i still dont have the abs that i wanted. I mean its flat now but doesnt have the six pack. i was even eating right. Can someone help me?

There are a number of factors that will determine if you can even achieve 6 pack abs, primary among them are genetics and percentage of body fat. Genetically you may not even have the kind of underlining ab muscles that will give you that 6 pack look. In addition to the genetic disposition to achieve a 6 pack stomach, you have to have both significant abdominal muscularity and a low percentage of body fat (less than 10%, maybe even as low as 6% to see your abs).

It is probably unrealistic to think you can gain a 6 pack after training a few months. Don't let that discourage you, though. Strong abs and core are important for more than just looks.
