Are there certain foods you refuse to eat because they are known to be bad for your health or are there certain foods your not necessarily crazy about but eat anyways because they are known to prolong health?

I don't really eat anything that I don't like. There are certain things that don't taste as appealing but I sometimes keep trying it in different forms since it's good for you.Like eggplant...I don't like eggplant but I try it anyways. I still eat and drink somethings that aren't so good for me and I know I really shouldn't but I try to excerise more or make up for eating them later. How about you?

I try not to eat very much red meat because I know it is bad for me. I also try to eat some fruit and veggies everyday. I taught my kids to eat right and served them good food but I'm not nearly as good about eating properly myself. I have a tendency to snack and grab something that is convenient.

Fruits and vegtables are things I try to get a lot of. I also try to stay away from sodas as they seem to do nothing but hurt me. I love drinking them though.

My food choices are based more on their immediate affect than their overall affect on my health.

I choose to avoid red meat because it seems too difficult to digest. I avoid diary products, other than cheese or eggs, because I don't believe we were meant to drink cow's milk and I am lactose intolerant, as are many non-European people.

I can't eat meat, because it makes me ill. I stopped drinking milk when I was fairly young, and since I started living like a vegan, I feel much better and my doctor says I'm a lot healthier.

I love eating fruits and vegetables. My favorite snacks is fresh carrots and green tomatoes. It's very nutritious. I seldom eat junk foods. I prefer to drink juices. I stop drinking softdrinks because it's really not good for my health.
