So, I am starting a new thread for women who have just had babies and are trying to get those last 10-15 lbs. off. Although I am fortunate to know how to do it, it is not at all easy. This was my second child, and I had her 11 years after my first. All I can say is 11 years definitely has made a difference. I have about 10 lbs to go, am losing weight carefully because I am breastfeeding, and need to keep up my milk supply. Just wondering where other women are in their post-baby progress? |

| I really put on a lot of weight during my pregnancy. I've been doing 30 minutes of cardio every day, but it just seems like I have so much to lose - 45 lbs! Should I just keep on the slow and steady with what I'm doing or is there a faster way to get the weight off? |

45 lbs may seem like a substantial amount-Don't worry ...it sounds like your taking right steps w/ your cardio.Have you tried adding small hand weights?
I use Coco Trim and it has helped me! I began to see the results I was hoping for. It was a noticable difference in such a short time. Hope you've enjoyed your Thanksgiving! |

| Well, I've had four kids so I know how it is to get rid of that baby weight! I am currently at the weight I started at with my fourth child, but I'm about one hundred pounds away from the weight I was when I had my first so I need to get moving! I just finished nursing my 21 month old so it's easier for me to concentrate on weightloss since I can cut my calories and see if I can get moving more. |
