| Wow. This really works! My only question is I still notice a bit of carb cravings in the evening. I did the routine with the exception of I'm still doing a glass of wine in the evening. Can this be causing the late night carb craving??? |

| It isn't helping. Try to limit it to 1/2 glass of wine and do a few peanuts with it. When you get above 1/2 glass you start to impair insulin function and that will bring on hunger. |

| I'm on my 3rd day of The Energy Snap. The difference really is pretty noticeable. I haven't had any cravings at all. I'm really excited about this. Can I mix in some of the silver bullets with this? |
