| I really enjoyed the dietary silver bullets (particularly the black beans and avocado combination). More of these would be great. Any way you can post more on the site somehow? |

| There will be more, I'm just not sure of the format. Have to do it in a way that doesn't short change those who bought the book. |

I also got a lot out of the dietary silver bullets. Its nice to know I have some kind of weapon anytime I want to burn fat.
My question is it seems like these conflict a bit with the rules for the evening meal. I wasn't clear if I could use these at dinner as well? |
