Many years ago I had a series of blood test to determine why I couldn't loose weight, I was surprised at the results and found that by having these blood test I was able to come up with cast iron plan to loose weight so if you find it difficult to loose weight there may be a health problem, pop to your doctor and see if you can get it checked out.

I never really thought about doing that. That's good advice, though. It'd be nice to have a doctor's opinion.

I don't know what to say, really. Is this really true? Why would a blood test help? Do you have any link to show us?

Trial and error is usually the best way to go. You need to experiment with different diets with the hope that the end result will be a diet that works out for you
