Fish Oil and Exercise Improves Cardiovascular Risk Factors

Weight loss and and improvements in cardiovascular health result from combining exercise and fish oil…

A new study out of Australia points to combining fish oil with exercise being more effective than either alone for decreasing body fat and improving your metabolic efficiency and cardiovascular health.

The study looked at overweight volunteers with a range of cardiovascular markers tilted towards ill health such as blood pressure, cholesterol and low arterial vasodilation.

The results showed that adding fish oil to exercise enhances the weight loss and cardiovascular health benefits over exercise alone.

Our very own Eicosoid70 is so good I can afford to be shameless about it. If you are looking for simply the best fish oil product anywhere, this is it. If it wasn't, we would reformulate until it was. Check it out.

Rule of Thumb: Supplement your exercise with regular use of fish oil.
