Dean Tornabene - CEO

Dean Tornabene is a former Mr. America and National Powerlifting champion. He is also a successful nutritionist, national speaker and television personality on health & fitness, with previous features in multiple magazines including People, Muscular Development, Health and Fitness, Direct Response Magazine, Business Startups, & Entrepreneur. He is a former author and columnist for numerous publications including Muscle and Fitness and Shape. He pioneered the field of personal training in the early 1980's as the first trainer at the original Gold's Gym in Venice, California and as a consultant to many top Hollywood celebrities. As an inventor his products have generated over $500 million in sales and won "Infomercial of the Year" awards three times. He is responsible for such hits as the Form Shaper, Ab Rocker, Ab Swing, Bun & Thing Roller, Tone N Glide, Total Trolley, and Bun and Thigh Rocker. As a supplement formulator he developed one of the first thermogenic products and formulated a host of successful herbal supplements for industry leaders that have generated billions in revenue.

Joel Greene - COO/Founder

Joel oversees ongoing operations for LookCut.com. Previously he was the CEO of NetVisibility, a prominent search engine services provider, where he led a 366% increase in revenue to 2.2 million per month in less than 1 year. Joel founded LookCut in 2004 and built it to one of the top weight loss sites on the web. An avid nutrionist, he has authored hundreds of articles on the subject of weight loss and longevity, and together with Dean Tornabene is co-author of Fight Fat Forever - The LookCut Approach. A graduate of UC irvine, he lives in Orange County with his wife and 2 children.

Owen Kaye - Chief Counsel

Owen oversees LookCut.com's legal and financial affairs. In addition to his role at LookCut.com, Owen is also a co-founder and member of Dytryn, LLC, a product development and intellectual property company which creates, develops and markets inventions for a number of product categories, including fitness.

Kirk Lemmon - Chief Strategy Officer

Kirk Lemmon met Dean Tornabene a half a dozen years ago when he was a manager & director of operations for the famed Gold's Gym in Venice Beach California. Currently, Kirk is the chief operations officer, and oversees LookCut.com's media initiatives. In addition to his role at LookCut.com, Kirk is also a co-founder and managing partner in Dean's product development and intellectual property company, Dytryn, which creates, develops, and markets inventions for a number of product categories, including fitness. Kirk graduated from the honors college at Western Oregon University with bachelor's degrees in English and Philosophy before obtaining his MFA from Loyola Marymount University.
